Why do my Submittals appear checked when I select a template in my Spec?

In the Admin section, information and formatting has been pre-determined and created in the Item Templates to standardize this information and formatting for the spec writer and is intended to save valuable time.

Note: Only a Super Admin or Admin Panel Manger role has permission to create these Templates.

Step 1: Go to Dashboard, click ‘Admin’ in the Left Navigation.

Step 2: Go to ‘Standards’. Click ‘Item Types / Templates’.

Step 3: Select the ‘Standard’. Select the ‘Spec Type’.
