OVERVIEW

This page provides access to account management features such as payment settings and sign-out options. A profile picture can be uploaded or updated by selecting the pen icon within the page, helping enhance identification in both internal and external communications.

Subscription Details

Shows subscription details and cancel options.

View Subscription Details

  • Step 1: Click on 'Profile'.
  • Step 2: Click on 'Manage Payment Profile'.

Payment Method

  • Step 1: Click on 'Profile'.
  • Step 2: Click on 'Manage Payment Profile'.
  • Step 3: Click on '+ Add Payment Method'.
  • Step 4: Fill out the Payment Method information.
  • Step 5: Click on 'Add'.

Billing Information

  • Step 1: Click on 'Profile'.
  • Step 2: Click on 'Manage Payment Profile'.
  • Step 3: Click on 'Update Information'.
  • Step 4: Fill out the Information.
  • Step 5: Click on 'Save'.

Invoice History

  • Step 1: Click on 'Profile'.
  • Step 2: Click on 'Manage Payment Profile'.
  • Step 3: Click on Invoice line.
  • Step 4: Click on 'View Invoice and Payment Details', to show detail. (optional)
  • Step 5: Click on 'Download Invoice', to download the Invoice. (optional)
  • Step 6: Click on 'Download Receipt', to download Receipt. (optional)

Cancel a Subscription

  • Step 1: Click on 'Profile'.
  • Step 2: Click on 'Manage Payment Profile'.
  • Step 3: Click on 'Cancel Subscription'.
