Spec Schedule

OVERVIEW

The Spec Schedule displays all project Specifications in a consolidated view, including all associated details. This section allows Specifications to be sorted, grouped, or filtered according to the designer’s requirements, enabling efficient review and organization.

Organizing Specs

OVERVIEW

Specifications can be arranged by selecting sorting or grouping criteria from the available dropdown menus. These options provide multiple organizational methods, allowing data to be displayed in the most relevant order for the task at hand.Click on the “Show By” dropdown and select the desired option.

  • Step 1: Click the Group By dropdown and choose from the available options.
    The options are:
    By Item Type
    By Alphanumeric
    By Area
    By Area / Rooms
    By Manufacturer
    By Vendor
    By Issue Date
    By Revised Date
    By Furnished By
    By Installed By

Filter Specs

OVERVIEW 

The filtering system allows Specifications to be narrowed down to display only those that meet specific criteria. By applying one or more filters, only the selected information will be shown, enabling focused review and analysis. 

  • Step 1: Click the Filters button and select one or more criteria from the dropdown menus, including Spec Type, Item Type, Area, and Room. Multiple criteria can be applied simultaneously. 
    After making selections, click Done to apply the filters. 
    To remove all applied filters, click Clear.
