Multiple item-related PDFs—such as shop drawings, cut sheets, or edge details—can be attached to a single Spec as needed. This ensures all relevant documentation is centralized and easily accessible for reference throughout the project lifecycle.

Add Item PDF

Upload an Item PDF file (5 Steps)

An Item related PDF can be uploaded from the computer.

  • Step 1: Click on ‘Add Item PDF(s).
  • Step 2: Click on ‘Upload a file from your computer’.
  • Step 3: Select the PDF to be uploaded from the computer’s file folder.
  • Step 4: Click Open.
  • Step 5: Confirm / Select the Page Size and Page Orientation.

Drag and drop an Item PDF file (5 Steps)

An Item related PDF can be dragged and dropped from the computer.

  • Step 1: Click on ‘Add Item PDF(s).
  • Step 2: Select a PDF file from your computer to be dragged into SpecWeb.
  • Step 3: Drag the PDF into the grey Image square.
  • Step 4: Confirm / Select the Page Size and Page Orientation.

Organize / Delete Item PDF(S) Pages

  • Item PDF(s) Pages can be arranged in any order using the Drag and Drop arrows.
  • Item PDF(s) Pages can be deleted by using the delete Trash Bin icon.
