Archive Projects

(Roles: Super Admin, IT Manager)

OVERVIEW

The Archive Projects section enables the Super Admin to make a project Visible or Not Visible in the View All Projects list viewed by Users. Unchecking the checkbox removes that Project from the list. Only the Super Admin role can return a project to the list by checking the box to select the Project.

Archive a Project

Step 1: In the Left Navigation click on ‘Admin’.

Step 2: Go to 'Tools' and click on 'Archive Projects'.

Step 3: Uncheck the 'Checkbox' of the Project for it to become hidden.
