How do I add a Revision date to all Items at once?

A Project Revision date can be assigned to multiple items at one time by creating and assigning that date in the Spec Schedule. 

 

  • Step 1: Go to Spec Schedule, click 'Rev Date'.  
  • Step 2: Enter the Revision #, Revision Date, Description, Revision By and Checked By
    Note: The Rev # must be a numeral.  Do not use a letter designation 
  • Step 3: Click 'Save'. 
  • Step 4: Select the check box of the Item(s) to be assigned a Project Revision Date. 
  • Step 5: Click 'Rev Date'. 
  • Step 6: Click 'Assign' for the Revision Date to be applied to each item.  
  • Step 7: View the Revision Date is assigned in the Spec Schedule.
