Why does my text come out larger and with Spaces after copying from a document into the Special Instructions?

Copying text from documents or PDFs may carry over formatting into Specsources. 

To remove formatting:

• Step 1: Copy the text from the document or PDF.
• Step 2: Paste the text into Notepad.
• Step 3: Copy the text again from Notepad.
• Step 4: Paste the text into the Specsources text field.
